This is my entry for 
's contest, Halloween themed. I was searching for something to do, and I didn't necessarily want to do something funny, because Neji doesn't do funny. At all. So I focused on his eyes, and they said "ice" at first, then "lightning." So I went with lightning, thus STORM GOD Neji was created.
What a badass.
